Classic DIY Balloon Garland

This gorgeous balloon garland kit by Ginger Ray, will definitely make a statement at your party or event.

It contains 80 white, gold chrome and gold confetti balloons in 5 and 12"/30cm, 5 white paper honeycombs, 5 white paper fans, 8 tassels in gold and white with 4 meters of balloon tape, clear twine & glue dots.

Please note this is a do it yourself kit, the balloons will not be inflated or garland assembled.

Available for pickup in North East Adelaide or postage Australia wide. Pickup is from Highbury, South Australia.
