Once a product has been purchased and paid for it can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We can not take responsibility for our balloons once they have left our business. However, if a balloon bursts whilst being delivered by Personalize It or their delivery contractors, we will replace the balloon, at our cost, however once it has been delivered we do not take responsibility for any damage.
A refund will not be provided for Change of Mind.
